how come my avatar doesnt show up and also my picture for my sig is just a link?

wtf!!!it wont let me show a picture in my sig how do i turn the [img] code on!and hwo do i get an avatar!!!

I'll have our board master check it out. We changed the board to a new deal obviously. Maybe it screwed up some old stuff. You may have to edit it and enter it again.
