what are the best shock absorbers? I have found different types such as rubber ones that you put on your heel and ones that fit into the whole foot bed. I was just wondering what is the best kind and can you recomend me some good ones?
Thanks in advance,

I don't like the xsjado ones. I don't think the arch lines up right with my foot and it starts hurting after a lil while. The salomon ones are great. As for store ones, I guess it depends on what you want. A thick heel one is good if you just want something to absorb some shock, but a full one will support your whole foot better. I usually just get an extra thick dr. scholl's pad and stick that in my shoes.

I just bought some dr sholes shock absorbers today and they work like a charm. I got a pair that has heel and the ball of your foot padding.
