i need help, i am currently playing 16u travel hockey, silver and gold in house, and playing for ca. in state wars, all for inline hockey...i need help with picking how to deep to sharpen my ice skates, i just got nike bauer xxii and soon i will start playing, any ideas how deep to sharpen my steel to simulate indoor inline hockey?

It depends on your frames, but I'd definitely try to have a longer radius, making the runner flatter will feel more like a flat setup. But inline and ice are different in the mechanics, so you're gonna have to do trial & error to feel what's best for you.

Default What type?

Currently wearing twelve year old Bauer Supremes. Just got back into an adult league after about 12 years out. Looking for some advice on a new pair that costs in the 300-500 range. I will play one game a week in a forward position.

The bauers are great but I can't get a tight fit around my ankle, makes it feel loose. Before I go to Graf or CCM I want to know what might be the best skate for me. Would going from Bauer Supreme to another type be interchangeable?
