Default Labeda Hum'er II Frame + Bauer Supreme One70 boot?

I've got a pair of Tour Tabu X's that fell apart this morning - the frame on them is a Labeda Hum'er II (all 80mm wheels)

I also have an extra pair of Bauer Supreme One70 ice skates...

Is it possible to attach the roller frame to the ice boot? I noticed the Tour Tabu's have a groove in the front of the sole to make room for the wheels - I'm assuming I'd need to have this groove cut out on the ice boot too?

I can't seem to find any decent pictures of anyone having used this frame on an ice boot before, know of any? Alternatively, is there another all-80mm frame out there that might work better?

Shaun

My local shop did the conversion for me - will be skating on them next weekend to see how it goes :)

the bauer ice skate's outsole is very thin...it is even thinner in the middle. i am assuming they engineered the outsole for ice only(rivets on the outside of the skate)....i have taken the blade off and can flex the outsole easily...not good

Most skates now a days are made thin like that. I don't care what anyone says, all 76mm wheels are the same as 80mm in term of performance. No point in running your boot down like that.
