Default Question for high school players

I am trying to help a friend of mine who is coaching a high school team and want to put together some workout and conditioning program which will also include the nutritional component as well (detailed meal plan). I was wondering if some of you guys who is playing at HS level could share some of the details of your workouts / off ice training.

Also, do any of your teams actually work with nutrition consultants?
