Default IW Suggestion Box

I would like to start this thread as a suggestion box for how IW can further cater to your specific needs as a hockey player.

What do you feel are parts of your IW experience that no other online retailers are able to match?
What products does IW not currently carry that you are forced to purchase elsewhere?
What services does IW offer that no other retailers offer?
What can IW improve upon to more adeptly earn your business?

Any other comments or suggestions are always welcome.

As many of you have seen before.....collectively our voices on the forum have helped to shape the products that IW carries. Just to name a couple: TPS products and the Compro sticks. Our voices count....let them be heard.

Thank you in advance.
Jay

i'd like to see TPS blades/shafts...mainly blades though.

i appreciate the no handling fee on orders that everyone else seems to charge.

Montreal M95 Wood Blades. I would buy them in bulk if they had them. Right now I have to drive 30 miles and pay 50% more then they sell online for.

Building on your post.....I would like to see a further array of TPS equipment there period. It is no secret with regards to my personal love affair with TPS, and I am consistently forced to purchase the products from a different online retailer. IW has picked up the R6 and R4 lines in the OPS, but I would also like to see the R8 OPS, shafts, blades and some of their protective equipment. It could potentially be a slam dunk as there is really only 1 online retailer that attempts to keep a full product lineup of TPS products. ;)

I still think I should get a discount.

But I would love to see some pro stock stuff. Gloves(13-14.5") and sticks(especially right handed) sell very well.

Double dip on those right handed prostock sticks.

First, thanks for all the feedback. Secondly, I'll try to address most of your concerns....

Yes, our stock is low right now, but is just because we are mostly sold out of the 07 gear. Our 08 gear should start arriving late March. We will offer the entire line from Nike Bauer, Easton, RBK, CCM, & Warrior. We also carry products from Mission Itech, Tour, Fury, TPS and others.

Mission sticks are on the bench right now. We are testing new lines like TPS and Compro. Our warehouse is only so big.

Regarding TPS specifically, since this seems to be a hot topic. IW will carry gloves, sticks, shafts and possibly a few shoulders/elbows/shins.

Our Goalie dept will be expanding. We will be adding Nike Bauer goalie along with the Itech, Mission and RBK brands. And yes, I have bought more higher end goalie sticks this season too.

Regarding discounts, IW has added a coupon code system. So watch for those. The first one will be available in a USA Hockey and New England Journal mags.

To me.....it sounded like the "our warehouse is only so big" comment solidified their desires of diving into the pro-stock equipment market.
