I would like to see a larger link on the IW home page referencing the Forums. I think that this avenue offers an immense amount of help, trust, and overall confidence in IW as a whole, and would like to see it promoted more thoroughly.

This has more to do with the business side of things but IW should keep a database of customer purchases. If someone spends $1500 a year in your store then maybe they should get a few perks. Thats just the way I look at things. Everytime I order, IW never has my information "On record".

With the business being internet based, its even easier to keep track of this information.

If someone is buying loyally on a yearly basis you should toss them a bone. Besides the quicker shipping and faster customer service what is seperating IW from epuck, monkey or giant?

Not to mention the shop in my ice arena, at least they recognize the usual customers.

Just a thought..

I would have to say I don't really like the new layout of Inline warehouse's page, Ice warehouse/the old version of inline W's page is much easier to navigate and requires fewer mouse clicks...originally the brand of skate or the type of protective gear was listed on the main page as a sub category on the left hand window allowing one click to get to what you want, on the new page you click on protective and then on the type of protection...this to me adds an unnecessary page to the site, and unnecessary time for a page to load. The page seemed to do a 180 y'all compacted the skate and protective links but expanded the accessories links...I like the expanded categories because it involves less load time and pages to navigate. This is just my 2 cents from a consumers stand point...and if anybody doesn't know what I'm talking about open the Inline and Ice pages of IW and compare the 2.

IW does keep track of Customer Purchases. Customers are filed according to names. Just reference the "same name" each time you order and the Customer Service Rep can pull up your record.

Thanks for the feedback.

Most items are located on both sites already, so this issue shouldn't happen too often. If it does, there are 2 ways you can go about it. First, just use the IW Search box window to locate an "Ice Only" product on the inline site(or vice versa). Secondly, you may call us on the 800 number to place the order.

Thanks for the feedback.

IW does offer a place on the product description for Customer Feedback. Just click on the "Read/Add Feedback".

It was a give/take decision we made. Yes, in some case you might need to make 1 or 2 more clicks, but you should be able to find the product you are interested in quicker. Especially if you're looking for Junior items.

Load times should actually be quicker, because they're less images per page.

The site is still under construction too. Hopefully, when we are completely done you will change your mind.

Thanks for the feedback.

Hey IW just wanted to point out that on the Inline Warehouse site, when looking at easton elbow pads it brings up RBK elbow pads...just figured I'd bring this to y'alls attention. By the way I know I'm posting a lot on this topic but I honestly am just trying to suggest ways to make your site better than it already is:)
